Account Deletion for Astra: Your Longevity Companion by Epigenetics AI

If you have created an account in the Astra: Your Longevity Companion mobile application, you may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

We take privacy seriously. Once your request is processed, your account and all personal data associated with it will be permanently deleted from our systems unless retention is required by law.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion in any of the following ways:

Include the email address associated with your account.

What Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your Astra account

• Personal information (email, profile details, etc.)

• Usage data associated with your account

• Any stored health or biometric data (if applicable)

• Any cloud-synced content linked to your account

After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained only if required for:

• Legal compliance

• Security or fraud prevention

• Financial or transactional record-keeping (if applicable)

This data will be securely stored and deleted once no longer required.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 7 days.
